About Dr. Mohamed Gebril

Dr. Mohamed Gebril is a Certified Specialist in Prosthodontics and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of British Columbia. His clinical and academic work focuses on implant prosthodontics, full-arch rehabilitation, and digital dentistry.


Dr. Gebril is actively involved in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, with a strong emphasis on clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and evidence-informed care. He has received multiple teaching recognitions, including the UBC Killam Teaching Prize, reflecting his commitment to high-quality education and mentorship.


In addition to his academic role, Dr. Gebril maintains a private specialty practice in North Vancouver, where he focuses on comprehensive restorative and implant care. His approach integrates clinical expertise with practical workflows to deliver predictable and patient-centered outcomes.

The North Dental Educational Institute offers structured, small-group educational programs designed to support clinical excellence while aligning with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Quality Assurance (QA) expectations.


The Study Club provides a practical, case-based learning environment focused on improving daily clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and patient care.

Clinical Mentorship and Hands-On Component

Participants may apply for a one-on-one Clinical Mentorship Program, with the opportunity to complete a clinical case under the direct guidance of Dr. Mohamed Gebril in our office.
